Wish Your Partner allows you to create customized digital proposal pages, greeting cards, and order physical gifts (cakes, flowers, chocolates, etc.) for delivery in supported regions (primarily Lahore, Pakistan).

• Digital Proposals: We provide templates and customization tools for you to personalize messages.
• Gift Shop: We facilitate the sale and delivery of physical gift items through our platform.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the content (text, images, messages) you upload for customization. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

3. Payments

Payments for orders are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept payments via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other methods as indicated during checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed or verified by our team (e.g., via WhatsApp).

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products: Due to the personalized nature of our digital services (custom proposal pages, cards), once work has commenced or the product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• Physical Gifts: Cancellations for physical orders (cakes, flowers) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds for perishable items are generally not possible once the order is prepared or out for delivery, unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

5. Intellectual Property

The templates, designs, graphics, and code on Wish Your Partner are the intellectual property of Wish Your Partner. You are granted a limited license to use the personalized output for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wish Your Partner shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, including but not limited to deliver delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
